Seventh: Payment Methods:

  • The customer must provide accurate and valid credit card information (Visa/MasterCard) or details of any other payment method available on the website or application during the payment process.
  • The customer is prohibited from fraudulently using an invalid or unauthorized payment method, including the use of stolen payment methods. The customer is responsible for any violations of this clause.
  • The company, through an electronic payment intermediary, will deduct the purchase amount from the customer’s credit card or approved payment method.
  • Issuing a purchase order constitutes the customer’s authorization for the company to deduct the purchase amount.
  • All purchases are made in Saudi Riyals, and all payments must be in Saudi Riyals. If the customer pays using another currency, they will bear the costs and fees associated with currency conversion or any other bank charges.
  • The customer grants the company the right to provide Visa, MasterCard, or any payment service provider with their credit or bank card information.
  • The company may request the customer’s personal identification number for purposes related to verifying the validity and safety of the credit card, bank account, or any other payment method.
  • The customer is responsible for activating any payment method used through their account.

Eighth: Warranty:

  • The warranty is provided by the agent and not by the company. Therefore, any claims related to products or warranties must be directed to the authorized agent of the products, not to the company.
  • The warranty is void if the original invoice for the products issued by the company is lost.
  • The customer must read the instruction manual included with the product to understand how to operate it and ensure it meets local safety and electrical requirements.

Ninth: Installation Policy:

  1. Window Air Conditioner Installation:
    • Free installation for window air conditioners.
    • Electricity must be ready and extended to the installation location.
    • Removal of old window air conditioner: 35 SAR (including VAT).
    • Wooden frame for window air conditioner: 11 SAR (including VAT).
  2. Split Air Conditioner Installation:
    • Installation cost for split air conditioners: 172 SAR (including VAT).
    • Removal of old air conditioner: 115 SAR (including VAT).
    • These fees cover the technician’s work for the installation process, as is customary.
  3. Cabinet Air Conditioner Installation:
    • Installation cost for cabinet air conditioners: 450 SAR (including VAT), covering the technician’s work for the installation process, as is customary.
    • Additional copper extension: 80 SAR (including VAT) (Chinese).
    • Wall bracket: 57 SAR (including VAT).

Installation services do not include the following:

  • Any electrical or civil work required for installation.
  • Scaffolding, lifting, or crane services.
  • Additional copper extensions beyond the air conditioner’s accessories.
  • Additional electrical wiring beyond the air conditioner’s accessories.
  • Ground or wall brackets.
  • Maintenance or cleaning services for other air conditioners.
  • Installation of a frame or foam for window air conditioners.
  • External box for window air conditioners.

Note:
The customer must disclose any obstacles or difficulties that may affect the installation process.

Tenth: Delivery Methods:

  • Our company, Al-Aali Store Trading, provides the following delivery methods, and the customer may choose:
    • Delivery through our company’s representatives, which is free of charge for our customers.
    • Delivery through contracted shipping companies, with fees determined by them.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the website, which must include accurate information and details of their address.
